Issue a writ or order, writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the II Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to conclude the proceedings in M.C.No.1454/2020. ii. Pass any other such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. This petition is pending before the II Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore and the MC is of the year 2020. This court has already issued directions to the II Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court to dispose of the matters which are of the year till 2019 by December, 2025. Considering the same, this court deems it appropriate to direct the Family Court to dispose of the matter by March, 2026. 2. This court has not issued notice to the respondent as disposal of the case is in the interest of both the parties. 3.
