The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief:- 2 10.1 a writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of appropriate nature directing the respondents to pay the petitioner remuneration & other emoluments, as approved by the Central Government for the post of Accountant from time to time under the National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, Chhattisgarh; 10.2 a writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus/ appropriate nature directing respondent authorities to grant arrears of salary to the petitioner, which arose on account of disparity in the pay-scale w.e.f. August 2014. 10.3 grant any other relief/ interim order/ direction/observation in favour of the petitioner, which Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper in the interest of justice & equity. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, to redress the grievances projected in the writ petition, the ends of justice would be served if the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to respondents No.2 & 3 and they are directed to decide the same in an objective manner within a reasonable period of time. 3. This preposition is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to respondents No.2 & 3 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Upon such representation having been made, the respondents No. 2 & 3 shall decide the same in an objective manner within a further period of 120 days after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner, from the date of receipt of the representation. 6. With the above observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of. 7. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 8. No order as to costs.
