Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that this petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C., that was stayed by this Court in the year 2021 and that the cause does not survive in this matter. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
