The writ petition seeks the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to demolish the structure/house constructed over Khasra No.288/2-M, Area 100 sq. yard situated at Dundaheda Pargana Loni, Tehsil & District Ghaziabad." Counsel for the respondent Nagar Nigam has stated that there is no proposal to demolish any structure. The incident referred to in the writ petition was when the officials of the Nagar Nigam went on the spot to conduct a survey. It has also been categorically stated that in case any demolition shall be proposed the same shall be done strictly in accordance with law after due notice. In such view of the matter, nothing further is required to be done in the matter. It is ordered to be consigned.
