The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (W.B) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 363/365/368/369/504/506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh. Petitioner Sonu Kumar is alleged to have eloped with the wife of the informant. It is alleged that the wife of the informant also took her eight years old child with her. It was submitted that Pooja Devi has been granted bail by this Court earlier. It was further submitted that the child has been handed over to the informant by order of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2024 passed in W.P.(Cr.) No.330 of 2023. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (W.B) P.S.
