This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent 5 in not taking action and also not protecting the petitioner and her land and house admeasuring Ac.0.02 cents in Sy. Heard Sri J.Parvathamma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that he cannot get instructions in this matter, since the petitioner has submitted the representation during the COVID, which is not available. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the police. There shall be no order as to costs.
