The learned counsel for revision petitioner submitted a memo of undertaking and the learned counsel for respondent submitted the statement of account. 3. Both the memo of undertaking as well as statement of account were recorded. Seven months time is granted to the revision petitioner/tenant to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent/landlord. During the period of seven months, the revision petitioner/tenant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.9000/- per month towards rent to the respondent/landlord from the date of receipt of copy of this order without fail. Furthermore, the learned counsel for respondent/landlord also submitted that there is arrears of rent, which comes around Rs.1,52,000/- and that arrears of rent is also directed to be paid by the revision petitioner/tenant to the respondent/landlord within a period of two months from the date of receipt of receipt of copy of this order. If there is any deviation on the part of terms of undertaking, the main petition in RLTOP No. 345 of 2024 will be reopened, eviction proceedings would be executed forthwith through E.P. proceedings. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
