MAIN CASE The only grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is that charge of respondent No.3 over the secured asset continues to be mentioned in the revenue record and has not been removed despite the secured asset having been alienated by way of auction, held on 25.10.2023. 2. The petition stands disposed of with direction that in case the petitioner moves an appropriate application before respondents No.1 and 4 for removal of entries in revenue record as regards the charge of respondent No.3 over the secured asset, the same shall be considered and decided by passing a speaking order within 30 days and communicating the same to the petitioner-Bank. 3.
