The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to call the petitioner without there being any crime registered against him. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the 9th respondent herein, a crime has been registered against the petitioner herein in Crime No.638 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 420, 447 r/w 34 of IPC. Except registering the case, the respondent police never harassed the petitioner and never called him to the police station without any reason. 4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
