ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Issue writ of certiorari by quashing the tender notification dated 17.07.2025 under Annexure-J issued by the respondent.
b. And pass such other order or directions as may be deemed fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
2. A memo dated 9.9.2025 has been filed signed by the
learned counsel for the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petition, which reads as under:- Memo for withdrawal
That the Petitioner submits that he has challenged the fresh tender notification issued in respect of the man power which was allotted in favour of petitioner. The Petitioner also participated in the fresh tender for the very same purpose, the Petitioner is the successful bidder and as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition has having become infructuous.
3. Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the memo, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
