THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY
ORDER 05.02.2026
Order No. 03
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Pursuant to order dtd.07.01.2026, learned Addl. Standing Counsel basing on the instruction so produced in Court, contended that since there is discrepancy with regard to date of birth of the Petitioner so available in the relevant portal operated by the Department, there is difficulty in releasing the salary of the Petitioner.
4. However, it is fairly contended that Petitioner is discharging his duty as usual.
5. Considering the submission made and the fact that Petitioner is discharging his duty pending a decision with regard to the date of birth available in the portal, this Court while disposing the writ petition, directs Opp. Party No. 4 to release the current salary as due and admissible including arrear salary in favour of the Petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks hence.
