Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 14117/2025 Pradeep Kumar @ Pammi S/o Kishanlal, Aged About 24 Years, R/o Village Tarwala, Police Station Kishangarhbas, District Khairthal-Tijara. (At Present Confined In Sub Jail Kishangarhbas) ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Sumer Singh Ola For Respondent(s) : Mr. Jaiprakash Tiwari, PP Mr. Yogesh Chawla HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 06/11/2025 1. The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.86/2024 registered at Police Station Kishangarhbas, District Khairthal-Tijara for offence under Sections 364(A), 395 IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that injured Sohil Khan has submitted a compromise before the learned trial Court and matter has been amicably settled between the parties. He argued that co-accused Veersingh @ Veeru has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 17.10.2025, therefore, on the ground of parity, petitioner may [2025:RJ-JP:44586] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-14117/2025] also be enlarged on bail. He again submits that the petitioner is behind the bars since 01.09.2025. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody and the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant has not disputed the factum of compromise and submitted that he has no objection if the petitioner is granted bail. 5. However, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 7. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Pradeep Kumar @ Pammi S/o Kishanlal, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
