The above contempt case is filed complaining of non-implementation of order dated 04.11.2024 in W.P.No.24010 of 2024. Since there was no representation for respondent No.1, on 17.06.2025, this Court issued bailable warrants against respondent No.1. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, proper reasons were assigned for non-representation, when the matter was listed on 17.06.2025. Given the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner/respondent No.1, on 17.06.2025, is hereby recalled. The petitioner/respondent No.1 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) before the Registrar (Judicial).
