Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 27.03.2025 passed by respondent no.2. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 not to implementing the order dated 27.03.2025 till the pendency of present writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
