These Criminal Miscellaneous Applications have been filed by the applicant in the year 2021, wherein office has pointed out the defects, however, the defects have not been cured till this date. 2. On 08.07.2025, the matters were taken up by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, however, nobody was present on behalf of the applicant and despite directions, defects have not been cured. 3. Even today also, nobody is present on behalf of the applicant to pursue the applications. Hence, in view of above, these applications are dismissed for want of prosecution.
