1. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for the following relief(s);
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 13.06.2016 and direct the respondents not to shift the services of the petitioner under any other placement agency. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate direction to the respondent authority to consider cases of the petitioner for regularization.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an identical issue has come up for consideration before this Court in WPS No. 6064/2016 (Smt. Sandhya Tirkey and ors vs. State of Chhattisgarh and ors) and other connected matters. It is submitted that the said writ petitions were disposed of by permitting the petitioners therein to submit representations for consideration of their claims. In light of the aforesaid, learned counsel prays that the present petitioners may also be permitted to make representations to the concerned respondents, who may be directed to decide the same within a reasonable period.
3. The aforesaid prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. In view of the above, the petitioners are granted liberty to submit representations within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the concerned respondents for redressal of their grievances as projected in this writ petition. The concerned respondents are expected to consider and decide such representations within a further period of 120 days from the date of receipt of the representations, in accordance with law.
