NAGA PRAVEEN VANKAYALAPATI 3. 3 MRK,J W.P.No.43908 of 2016 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction, by declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge his duties as Shift Operator at Adusuxnilli Sub- Station from 13-12-2016, pursuant to Orders vide Lr.No.DEE/O/CRL/A.P.S.P.D.C.L./Adm/U1/D.No.3274/16, dated 27-11-2016 of the 2nd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to permit the petitioner to work as Shift Operator at 33/11 KV Sub-Station, Adusumilli, Prakasham District....” 2. The principal grievance of the petitioner is that he challenged the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not allowing him to discharge his duties as Shift Operator at Adusumilli Sub-Station, Prakasam District. 3. On 26.12.2016 this Court passed the following interim order: “Rule nisi. Call for records. Notice returnable in four weeks. Smt. J.Koteshwari Devi takes notice for respondents 1 to 4. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to 5th respondent by RPAD and file proof of service. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel on both sides, the Writ Petition is closed.
