Pursuant to the orders dated 29.04.2025 and 14.05.2025, the corpus petitioner no. 1, Manisha is present before this Court. On the query being raised, the corpus states that she is comfortably residing with respondent no. 4, Dhruv (her husband) and does not want to join her mother Urmila, petitioner no. 2. Therefore, the petition has no merit and is accordingly, dismissed. The S.H.O. concerned shall ensure that the petitioner no. 2 does not interfere in the matrimonial life of the corpus.
