Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, learned GA has submitted that without approaching the learned Sessions Court for seeking bail in anticipation of arrest, the petitioners have straightway approach this Court. 2. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as this Court has already granted interim bail, so 10 days’ time be granted to the petitioners to approach the learned Sessions Court for seeking bail in anticipation of arrest. 3. In view of above, the present application is disposed of by permitting the petitioners to approach the learned Sessions Court for seeking bail in anticipation of arrest at first instance and order dated 08.11.2025 shall remain in operation for the above mentioned period and in the event, the petitioners do not approach the learned Sessions Court within the period Bail App No. 313/2025 2 mentioned above, the protection granted to the petitioners for the period mentioned above shall cease to be remain in operation.
