Pursuant to notice issued by this Court, victim along with her father appeared before this Court through virtual mode from concerned DLSA and raised objection in grant of bail to applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the prayer at appropriate stage. 4.
