By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of the certiorari quashing the order dated 22.01.2022 (Annexure No. 21 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no. 5. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus directing the respondent no. 1, 2 and 3 to take speedy decision on the pending proceeding in their office for redesignation/re-notification of the village Dhuradharkot like it was in year 2014 as per Government order dated 03.12.2013 (Annexure No. 19 to the writ petition). iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 to permit the petitioner to work as Gram Pradhan of Village named as Dhuradharkot instead of Village Dharkot Laga Suya and issue the stamp of Village Dhuradharkot and permit him to discharge his duty in that capacity and further prayed to release the funds for village development in the head of Village Dhuradharkot. iv. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus directing the respondents to initiate the proceedings of Village Dhuradharkot through online in regard to all related proceedings information of the Government and enlist the name of Village Dhuradharkot in the website of District Magistrate, Chamoli so that the villagers can be aware of all information, events of the State Government day by day. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with 2025:UHC:1934 liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation by giving reference of Government Order dated 03.12.2013 within a period of ten days from today, and, if such a representation is made, respondent no. 1 shall decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order, after taking into consideration ‘Clause 6’ of the Government Order dated 03.12.2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving of the representation of the writ petitioner. 5.
