JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 20-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 128/ 2018 under Sections 354, 354(D)/ 34 of I.P.C. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused are alleged to have molested the informant. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Patna High Court CR. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sadar, Patna/ concerned Court below in connection with Mahila P.S.
