Pursuant to order dated 05.08.2025, statements of the petitioners (except petitioner no. 8), respondent no. 2-the complainant, at whose instance impugned FIR no. 49/2017 came to be registered and the victim, daughter of the complainant-respondent no. 2, have been reduced into writing before Registrar Judicial of this Court. 02. The complainant as well as the victim, in their respective statements, have categorically stated that dispute with petitioners has been amicably resolved in terms of compromise deed dated 17.03.2025, which is duly notarized. They have also stated that they have no grievance against the petitioners now, as the victim is settled in her matrimonial home and they have no objection if impugned FIR is quashed. 03. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and impugned FIR No. 49/2017 is quashed. 04. Disposed of along with connected CrLM(s). 05. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
