Case No. 31 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Deepak Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Petitioner happens to be the brother-in-law of the deceased Sarita Devi who died due to asphyxia because of drowning. Suspicion has been raised that her husband and other family members had thrown her into the well. 4. It was submitted that the deceased was suffering from epilepsy, due to which, she has committed suicide. 5. It appears that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Kunda P.S.
