Challenging the action of the respondents in not remitting the Ciue to the petitioner of Rs.4,13,632/- for supply of various infrastructural equipment and material for usage of 20 Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in Srikakulam, the present writ petition is filed. 2. sums / 2 3. It is contended that the 6th respondent had issued a work order vide proceedings dated 22-01-2019 to the petitioner to complete the Improvement of Infrastructure, Civil Works and other facilities to strengthen 20 PHCS Srikakulam district. The petitioner has submitted approved quotations considering the same, the 6th respondent issued in and \ a work order to the petitioner. The petitioner has supplied the equipment and housekeeping items for the health centres. Accordingly, bills were raised to the extent of supplies made by it. However, the respondents have not remitted the amounts. It is stated that despite the petitioner's representations, the respondents have cleared the bills. The amount claimed by the petitioner in the instant writ Rs 4,13,632/- . This court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s claim in a time-bound manner. not petition is 4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 6 respondent to verify and process the claim of the petitioner for Rs.4,13,632/- and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of order.
