They have submitted F-Line applications bearing Nos.DEROI 2501554098 & DER012501554102 dated 12.05.2025 separately, through Mee Seva, for conducting survey, sub division, demarcation and fixation of boundaries of their plots i.e. Plot No.12 admeasuring Ac.0.02 cents belonged to the 1®* petitioner and Plot No.29 admeasuring 0.02 cents belonged to the 2'^'^ petitioner, both are situated in Sy.No.65/1D of Annavarappadu Village, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District, and in order to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners. However, the respondent-authorities went on postponing the survey. Despite the petitioners’ persistent requests, coupled with obstruction by neighboring landowners, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioners F-Line applications has constrained them to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the F-Line applications submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line applications bearing dated 12.05.2025. submitted survey, sub-division and fixing of boundaries all concerned/interested Nos.DEROI2501554098 & DER012501554102 by the petitioners for conducting of the petitioners plots, by issuing notice to persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
