The judgment and decree dated 16th August, 2022 passed by the Small Causes Court, Nagpur in Regular Civil Suit No.339/2013, is sought to be executed through Execution Application No.54 of 2022 for which early and expeditious disposal is sought. 3. It appears that the petitioner has been granted a decree for vacant possession of suit premises. 4. Considering that the decree was passed on 16th August, 2022 and remains pending for almost nine years and from the date of initiation of the suit almost 12 years, we deem it appropriate the expedite the Execution Application No.54/2022 which is presently pending on the file of aforesaid Small Causes Court, Nagpur. 5. Notice to the respondents is dispensed with, as the order is innocuous in nature. 6. We expect that the Execution Application No.54 of 2022 be concluded within a period of nine moths from the date of production of this order before the aforesaid Small Causes Court, Nagpur. 7.
