Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Date: 2025.11.01 11:55:54 +0530 2 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct in the writ of mandamus to the respondent No.1 to 4 to give employment to the petitioner as per land acquisition in place of Bot Singh. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 4 to decide the pending representation (Annexure P-11) and direct the respondents to give employment on the basis of land acquisition. 10.4 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon’ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that representation submitted by petitioner is still pending consideration before respondent No.2, since 13.07.2022 and till date no decision has been taken. He contended that as the representation raising grievance as raised in this petition is still pending consideration before respondent No.2/competent authority, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 would submit that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. He submits that if the representation (Annexure P-11) stated to be submitted by petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered in accordance with law at the earliest. 3 4. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the representation dated 13.07.2022 (Annexure P-11) in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner will also be at liberty to submit fresh representation, if he desires, along with copy of this order to be placed before respondent No.2. If such representation is submitted, respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same also along with Annexure P-11 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order and representation. 5.
