Case No. 115 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. On 07.12.2024 at 11.00 a.m., Cyber Police, Shikaripara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals are moving in the area on a motorcycle, apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused. On search, mobiles and other articles were recovered from their possession. 4. Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no witness has come forward to claim that the petitioner has cheated anyone. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Shikaripara P.S.
