This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 653 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent/ J.Saroja in S.A.No.167 of 2019. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ respondents and perused the records. 3. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants and however the notice in this regard has already been served on the appellants. 4.
