When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that costs of Rs.3,000/-, as imposed by this Court, had been paid to the respondents by way of demand draft in D.D.No.925808 dated 28.11.2024. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner has already filed a memo of compliance dated 06.12.2024. 3.
