This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(a). Issue an appropriate order or direction to issue writ of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2-The Collector/ Distt. Magistrate, Distt. Varanasi, to ensure the compliance of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by respondent no.3. in the case No. 1619 of 2024, Computerized no. T202414700201619 (Bhola Nath Vs. Awadhesh U/S. 24, U.P. Revenue Code 2006 within shortest and stipulated time period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that an order dated 09.12.2024 has been passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, but the same has not been given effect to. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application, within two weeks from today and the same may be considered and decided by the concerned Authority, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months thereafter, in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment. 5.
