Petitioner’s appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher was cancelled on ground that he has participated in BTC Training 2007 on basis of Shiksha Shastri B.Ed. Degree from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University. However, on inquiry, said University has informed vide letter dated 10.01.2015 that marks sheet of Shiksha Shastri B.Ed. Degree was a forged document and since appointment was based on a forged document, therefore, it was cancelled. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for State- Respondents, submits that in writ petition no averment or document is placed on record how a report submitted by University is incorrect, except that petitioner was not granted opportunity. 4. Since no substantial material is brought on record to refute the above inquiry, except some vague ground, therefore, no relief can be granted to petitioner.
