Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 (S.T. No. 508 of 2024), for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353 and 307 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1- B) (a), 25(1-A), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Charge has been framed under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307/149 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 25(1-A), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Hazaribagh. On 10.03.2024 at about 10:30 A.M., informant received information that extremists had assembled at Barkagaon, Gurukuwa Pahar. The informant party raided the place of occurrence and seized firearms and other articles from there. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired only on suspicion. It was further submitted that petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 (S.T. No. 508 of 2024). (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
