The authorized representative of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. is identified by Sri Aditya Singh Parihar, Advocate, is present and has submitted an application requesting for dismissal of appeal as withdrawn/not pressed. The contents of application read as under:- "1- The appeal when instituted had certain arguable issues but during pendency, since there was no interim order in favour of the Insurance Co./Appellant, the entire awarded amount has been recovered from the Insurance Co./Appellant during the execution proceedings drawn by the Claimant(s). 2- In light of the above, the Insurance Co./Appellant has decided to not press the present appeal. 3- It is respectfully prayed that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn/not pressed. 4. This withdrawal shall not affect the right of the appellant to contest in any other appeal/cross appeal/cross objection arising out of the same issue/accident." 3.
