GP FOR REVENUE 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.9290 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their respective house site plots to an extent of Ac.0.04 cents, Ac.0.05 cents, Ac.0.05 cents, Ac.0.04 cents, Ac.0.50 cents and Ac.0.05 cents situated in Sy.No.153 of Kosali village, Bhamini Mandal, Srikakulam District pursuant to the notices issued by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.162/2019A, dated 07.05.2020 to the petitioners (all notices are issued with same reference number) to provide house sites to the weaker sections under YSR Housing Scheme without following due process of law. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the impugned notice of the 4th respondent dated 07.05.2020, the petitioners submitted their explanation dated 16.05.2020, but there is no progress in the matter. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the 4th respondent will follow the due procedure pursuant to the impugned notice dated 07.05.2020. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry pursuant to the above said impugned 5 HBKM,J W.P.No.9290 of 2020 notice dated 07.05.2020 by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, including the petitioners and upon verification of the records and the subject lands, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of additional explanation, if any, by the petitioners enclosing all the supporting documents for their claim within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The final proceedings shall be issued by the 4th respondent after three months from the date of receipt of that additional representation, if any, within the above said period of four weeks. Pending the enquiry, there shall be an order of status quo as on today to be maintained with respect to the subject lands. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
