1 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND WRIT PETITION No.39829 of 2016 ORDER: 1. This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in not registering F.I.R. against the respondent Nos.4 to 6, under the offence punishable under Sections 324, 302, 506 read with 34 of I.P.C, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently, direct respondent No.3 to take necessary action against the respondents basing on the complaint dated 09.11.2016. 2. During the course of hearing today, Mr. Nirmal Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, on instructions, would submit that due to subsequent developments during the pendency of the matter, no cause survives in the Writ Petition for adjudication. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
