Six petitioners sought transfer. They are the Assistant Teachers. They seek transfer from the district of Pakur to Dhanbad/Hazaribag/Godda. 3. It is the case that they have to apply online and the result is also reflected online. The status which has been reflected in the portal against the request is shown as ‘rejected.’ He submits that no reasons have been given as to why their prayer for transfer has been rejected though the respondents have a policy to transfer the teacher on personal/ medical ground in special case of transfer. 4. I have heard the parties and gone through the records. Annexure-5 is the status of the application of each of the persons reflected in the portal. So far as petitioners are concerned, their status has been show to be rejected. The reasons have not yet been assigned. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent No.3- The Director, Primary Education and Literacy Department, Ranchi with the fresh prayer to transfer them as per the policy. If such application is filed, the matter will be place before the authority concerned or committee empowered to transfer the petitioner. The committee of the respondents will consider the case of the petitioners and will pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioners. If the petitioners are found eligible to be transferred, appropriate order will be passed or else, the reasons for not transferring them should be communicated to the petitioners. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S.
