The criminal revision bearing Criminal Revision No.846/2017 has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 04.08.2017 (ANNEXURE A/1), passed by the court of First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District: Raipur (C.G.), presiding officer Shri A.L. Joshi, in Misc. Criminal Case No. 132/2013, so far as rejection of the application of the petitioner no. 2, is concern, and further enhance the maintenance amount granted to the petitioner no. 1, by suitably modify the order, in the interest of justice.” 4. The criminal revision bearing Criminal Revision No.1105/2017 has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: 3 “It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 04.08.2017 (Annexure A/1), passed by learned First Additional Principal Judge Family Court Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.) and presided over by Shri A.L. Joshi, in M.J.C. No. 132/2013, parties being Smt. Shailendri Bai & Another V/s Biselal, in the ends of justice.” 5. From perusal of the impugned orders and materials available on records, it transpires that these matter relate to year 2012 and today when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the applicant, as such, this Court is of the view that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 6. Accordingly, present criminal revisions are dismissed on this ground alone. Interim order, if any, passed earlier shall stands vacated. 7. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the certified copy of this order as well as the original record to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action.
