Heard Sri Butta Vijaya Bhasker, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ravi Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education appeared on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 5th respondent in issuing paper publication and inviting applications for the aided post without considering the proposals dated 01.09.2024 submitted to the 5th respondent for absorption of the petitioners in existing teacher posts, in compliance of proceedings dated 19.08.2024 in Rc.NO.ESE02-17/132/2024-PS1-CSE issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. The writ petition was listed on 30.01.2025. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education would submit that in pursuance of the letter addressed by the 5th respondent dated 01.09.2024 to the 3rd respondent, a speaking order was passed on 30.01.2024 by the 3rd respondent and sought time to produce the same. Recording the same, the writ petition was directed to be listed today.
4. When the matter is listed today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submitted the proceedings vide Rc.No.7855/B4/2022 dated 30.11.2024 whereby the 4th respondent rejected the proposals of the 5th respondent to absorb the services of the petitioners in granting aid.
Copy of the said proceedings is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
5. Since a speaking order was passed by the 4th respondent, in pursuance of the proposal (Ex.P.9), the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings vide Rc.No.7855/B4/2022 dated 30.11.2024 issued by the 4th respondent if they are still aggrieved.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
