GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.6962 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to issue/distribute house site pattas in the petitioner's land in Sy.No.342 to an extent of Ac.1.92 cents, Sy.No.343 to an extent of Ac.1.06 cents, Sy.No.345B to an extent of Ac.2.34 cents, Sy.No.523/B to an extent of Ac.2.03 cents and Sy.No.550 to an extent of Ac.1.40 cents situated at Chintakuta Village, Halaharvi Mandal, Kurnool District, to the third parties under the 'Navaratnalu Pedalandari Illu Programme' 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that the land in Sy.No.345-B to an extent of Ac.2.34 cents of Chintakunta Village of Halaharvi Mandal was not acquired for house sites and the possession of the writ petitioner is not disturbed. The lands in an extent of Ac.1.92 cents in Sy.No.342/1, Ac.1.06 cents in Sy.No.343, Ac.2.03 cents in Sy.No.523/B and Ac.1.40 cents in Sy.No.550 in total an extent of Ac.6.41 cents of Chintakunta Village of Halaharvi Mandal, Krishna District were acquired for provision of house sites to the weaker sections of Chintakunta Village, Halaharvi Mandal and consent award was also passed by the Land Acquisition Officer and Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoni vide Award No.1/HS/2004. The writ petitioner’s husband by name Mr. R. Ramanna gave 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.6962 of 2020 consent to the above said lands to the Government for provision of house sites to the weaker sections. The land compensation amount of Rs.1,19,995/- (80% of the compensation amount) in the shape of SBI, Adoni Cheque was issued dated 21.01.2004 and the remaining amount of Rs.1,04,355/- in the shape of Rayalaseema Grameena Bank, Halaharvi Demand Draft bearing No.253527-412 dated 12.05.2004 was paid to the land owner in the year 2004. Thus the total amount of Rs.2,24,350/- was paid, the possession of the above said lands were taken by the Revenue Department after payment of compensation to the land owner and house site pattas were issued to the beneficiaries in the above said lands. But the beneficiaries have not occupied the sites and they have violated the house site patta conditions. 4. The house site pattas issued previously in the above said survey numbers have been cancelled by the then Tahsildar, Halaharvi vide proceedings dated 20.12.2019, following the due procedure. Subsequently, the layout was formed in the above said lands and house site pattas were issued to 193 beneficiaries by the then Tahsildar under the welfare Scheme of the State. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.6962 of 2020 written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
