Arun s/o Urkuda Bawne & Anr. __________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's orders. and Registrar's Orders. Shri P.D. Meghe, Advocate for appellant. Shri N.R. Bargat, Advocate for respondent. CORAM : M.W. CHANDWANI, J. DATE : 24.06.2025. 1. The appellant is seeking permission to carry out necessary repairs to the roof in which they are residing. Needless to mention that the dispute is between the stepbrothers and they are residing adjacent to each other in the disputed property. It is contention of the appellant that in rainy season the roof of house in which he is in possession is leaking and there are seepage and therefore, it requires to be repaired. 2. Considering the submissions, I do not see any impediment for the appellant to carry out repairs to the roof under which they are residing. Therefore, the application is allowed and disposed of. 3. It is made clear that the appellant should not make any new construction and shall carry out only repairs with a caution that there should not be any damage to the adjacent construction/structure wherein respondents are residing. 4. With this, the application stands disposed of. JUDGE Wagh
