The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner(s) seeking issuance of an appropriate writ especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the minimum pay-scale as per regular selected employees from the date of their appointment. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that as regards their grievances mentioned in the petition, the petitioner(s) have already sent a demand notice dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-9) to the respondent(s) and they would be satisfied in case respondent No.2, is directed to consider and decide the said demand notice by passing a well reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.
