Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order impugned in the present writ petition has already been withdrawn by the respondents and a fresh suspension order has been passed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the subsequent suspension order. 3.
