GP FOR REVENUE 3 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd & 4th respondents in trying to allot the house sites to the 3rd parties under Navaratnalu scheme in front of the petitioner’s property to an extent of Ac.1.86 cents in Sy.No.91/B and Ac.0.86 cents in Sy.No.0.86 of Bollavaram village, Muppala Mandal, Guntur District in which rice mill is situated by encroaching the road margin without considering the legal notice dated 24.12.2020. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities will follow the due procedure. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.86 cents in Sy.No.91/B and Ac.0.86 cents in Sy.No.0.86 of Bollavaram village, Muppala Mandal, Guntur District strictly in accordance with law if so warranted for any public purpose and if not already used by now for the above said welfare scheme for the poor. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated.
