When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. He would further submit that a crime has been registered against the unofficial respondents basing on the complaint given by the petitioner. 5
4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, except under due process of law.
