BEFORE HONOURABLE MRS. JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER 08/04/2025 This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, praying for pre arrest bail in respect of the petitioner, Sri. Amulya Senapati.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Hage Tai has prayed for adjournment in respect of his senior being out of station. However, it is seen that the petitioner had approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court in WP(Crl) 64/2024 along with WP(Crl) 105/2024 and WP(Crl) 53/2025. The
Page No.# 2/2 matter pertaining to the present petitioner is WP(Crl) 53/2025. In the said matter the Hon’ble Supreme Court has passed a common order on 03.03.2025, wherein, it has been directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in WP(Crl) 53/2025 subject to his continuous cooperation with the investigation/trial.
3. This Court had passed another order on 06.03.2025 wherein, the court has also mentioned that the petition numbered as WP(Crl) 53/2025 is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. And the learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted before the court that the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and cooperated in the investigation of the case.
4. In view of the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 03.03.2025 in WP(Crl) 53/2025, the present petition has become infructuous and hence, it is disposed of as infructuous.
