This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their land of an extent of Ac.0.35 cents in Sy.No.185/2 of Lolla Village, Rayavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, without following the due process of law for providing house sites under Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 23.09.2025, submits that at present there is no need for the acquisition of the said land and the notification issued for the acquisition already lapsed. 4. The copy of the instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
