By this application, typographical error both in the application for bail as well as the order passed thereon are sought to be corrected. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the State that, Case Diary in respect of Burwan Police Case No.351 of 2024 was available with the State on February 26, 2025 and that, such Case Diary was considered for the purpose of passing the order on February 26, 2025. 3. In such circumstances, learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner is granted leave to correct the cause-title in the application for bail. 4. The order dated February 26, 2025 be corrected to replace “Burwan Police Station Case No.251 of 2024” with “Burwan Police Station Case No.351 of 2024”. 2 5.
