As per the report of the mediator, the petitioner/complainant received Rs.17,00,000/- through NIFT ICICI Bank, Guntur, Lakshmipuram Branch, from the 2nd respondent/accused towards full and final settlement. 6. Since the matter is settled before the mediators and the petitioner/complainant received the amount, this revision petition is disposed of as cause does not survive.
